Renovated the lab equipment with our new complete sets of cutting-edge lab facilities Cocan Carbon Center is launched not only for QA/QC purposes, but also for an insight study of different kinds of graphite and carbon raw materials and finished products for various applications. For confidentiality reasons, we cannot disclose all of our laboratory equipment. We carefully test all inbound and outbound materials to support consistent quality throughout our customers’ supply chains.

Graphitization

Cocan Graphite's commitment to producing high-quality graphite materials is powered by the local hydropower sources and newly invested roof-top solar power station. These approach not only emphasizes the company's dedication to cost efficiency but also highlights its commitment to sustainability by maximizing renewable energy.

Cocan Graphite's commitment to technological innovation and environmental stewardship is vividly demonstrated through its state-of-the-art automated and computerized sizing system.

Compounding

Our automated processing systems combine graphite with other chemicals to produce compounds for specialized industrial applications. Products are precisely cut, tested, and mixed to specified percentages. We use SEM, ICP, and other laboratory equipment to verify product quality against customer requirements, then package products securely in paper bags or drums on wooden pallets, as requested.

Packaging

Cocan Graphite packs its powdered products in clean, environmentally friendly packaging to help protect customers and the environment. Each brand uses a distinct color to help customers identify it, and all packaging designs are patented. Packaging options are available to meet customer requirements.

Stainless welding has been a major business of Cocan Graphite since 2004. Since then Cocan has specialized in steel sagger welding for worldwide chemical plants, especially carbon plants, and liquid containers for other industries as well.
