Stainless welding has been a major business of Cocan Graphite since 2004. Since then Cocan has specilalized in steel container welding for worldwide chemical plants, especially carbon plants, and liquid containers for other industries as well. Cocan uses advanced automated and computerized machineries including laser metal cutter, auto metal roller, auto plate welder, auto cynlindral welder, robotic welder, etc. to fabricate our products to customers’ crytical needs. X-ray test are used for all of our welded products.

Renovated the lab equipment with our new complete sets of cutting-edge lab facilities Cocan Carbon Center is launched not only for QA/QC purposes, but also for an insight study of different kinds of graphite and carbon raw materials and finished products for various applications. For a confidential purpose, we are unable reveal our lab equipments here, but we can assure you that all of our inbound and outbound materials are carefully tested to ensure the total quality management so as to ensure a zero defect in your supply chain.

Compounding

Our automatic processing systems are designed to form chemical compounds by using our graphite as the core components so as to fullfill some special industrial applications. Products are precisely cut and tested and mixed thoroughly with desired percentages. Our SEM and ICP lab equipments are applied to identify the quality to meets customers' needs and then securely packed with either paper bags or paper drums on wooden pallets per customers' requirements.
