LAB+ SERVICE
What is LAB+ service?
Cocan Carbon Center inventively offers our global active customers with free lab services for test above listed bunch of carbonaceous materials for their daily procurements from other graphite and carbon suppliers.
Considering customers' supply chain safty, Cocan Graphite assists our active customers to keep a second or third channels of purchases of carbons beside our regular supplies, but it is always a headache for our cusotmers that they might not maintain a complete series of advanced lab equipments for testing carbonaceous materials.
Now we have and we are ready to serve you! You can rest assure that no false materials will flow into your production lines by free test service from us!
Who will the LAB+ serve?
Our active global customers. Active customers means customers who are buying either minimum 20 tons a year or maximum 5000 tons a year from us.
Are there any total sample quantity restictions for active customers?
Yes, we can't test all of your carbon materials free of charge. The sample quantity to test for each single active customer should not exceed 10% of numbers in terms of tons, for example a customer buying 1 to 10MTs from us can have maximum 1 sample tested free, and a customer buying 5000MTs can have maximum 500 samples tested free.
Will the test results acountable?
95% of our lab equipments are at global cutting-edge level and our Cocan Carbon Center coordinates with our global equipment suppliers on seasonal bases to rectify our equipments with ISO9001:2015 standards or other enterprise standards followed by our equipment supplier. Our reported results could be cross-checked by any third party labotories at any time.
How can you send your samples?
Samples should be sent together with MSDS and clearly marked with product types and securely packed in well sealed plastic bags or plastic bottles, and then contact your regional sales contacts from our company to have our courier address and send by DHL or UPS or EMS or Shunfeng etc, freight prepaid.
How long will you get the report?
Normally it will not take more than one or two weeks if your samples are less than five during non-holiday seasons. Any samples more than five or during holiday season, the time needed will be informed by our regional sales person and we will do our ulmost to expedite the test and report. Reports will be electronic with our signatures!
