FlexGraf ®

A Product of Resilient Synthetic Graphite

Classification:

FlexGraf® stands out in the market as a uniquely resilient graphite material, distinguished by its exceptional quality and performance.

Details Introduction

FlexGraf ® stands out in the market as a uniquely resilient graphite material, distinguished by its exceptional quality and performance. The genesis of FlexGraf® involves a meticulous selection and testing process of raw materials with abundant porosity and then is popcorned during heating process with extremely high temperature, which results into extremely high purity and unparalleled resiliency.

The resiliency of FlexGraf® is rigorously quantified using an automatic resiliency tester. In this process, graphite samples are subjected to pressures ranging from 1000-10000psi within a mold. The measure of FlexGraf®'s resiliency is observed in the samples' ability to compress under pressure and subsequently "spring back" once the pressure is released, underscoring its exceptional elastic properties.

FlexGraf® is available in a range of packaging options to suit various needs and scales, from 10kgs, 22.5kgs (50lbs), or 25kgs paper bags to larger bulk bags of 500kgs, 900kgs, or 1000kgs, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our customers.
