Each batch of DuraCarb® is the result of a meticulous selection and processing of synthetic graphite, ensuring unparalleled purity, optimal lubricity, consistent particle size distributions, and the unique physical properties essential for both general and high-end friction pad formulations. We classify our DuraCarb® offerings into five different grades – A+, A, B, C, and D, based on their distinctive precursors, carbon content, and other critical parameters, catering to a wide array of application requirements.

We offer customization options for carbon and sulfur levels, mesh sizes, and utilize unique precursors to meet your specific needs. Our flexible packaging options range from 10kgs, 22.5kgs (50lbs), or 25kgs paper bags to larger bulk bags of 500kgs, 900kgs, or 1000kgs, ensuring we can accommodate orders of any size and specification.
