Details Introduction
PureG® is specifically designed to cater to the ferrous metal industries, serving as a high-quality recarburiser. With traditional Acheson furnaces, the PureG® products are with exceptional purity, typically marked by a carbon content of 99.75%, sulfur at 0.006%, and nitrogen at around 100ppm.The quality assurance process for PureG® is securely maintained with advanced testing capabilities by Cocan Carbon Center. Each batch of PureG® undergoes comprehensive testing and certification, utilizing state-of-the-art and automated digital laboratory equipments per international standards.
PureG® is distinguished by its minimal dust content, low ash, and low nitrogen levels, which facilitate quick absorption and maximize carbon recovery in the metallurgical process. These properties make PureG® an exceptionally cost-effective recarburizer, particularly for the use in ductile iron foundry applications. Available in various sizes, including 0.2x3mm, 0.5x5mm, 1x5mm, among others, PureG® can also be customerized to meet specific customer requirements, ensuring optimal compatibility and performance in diverse applications.
