The production of SupeCarb® incorporates an advanced electro-thermal process and unique milling technology. During thermo-purification, raw materials undergo treatment at temperatures reaching up to 2800℃. This process ensures the elimination of ashes, volatiles, NHO gases, and other impurities, resulting in a product that stands out for its exceptional purity and performance characteristics.
At the core of our quality assurance practices is the Cocan Carbon Center, Cocan Graphite's cutting-edge facility dedicated to the meticulous monitoring of both inbound materials and outbound finished products. This vigilance guarantees that every batch of SupeCarb® adheres to the highest standards of quality, ensuring reliability and consistency for our customers.
Cocan Graphite offers flexible packaging options for SupeCarb®, ranging from 10kgs, 22.5kgs (50lbs), or 25kgs paper bags to larger bulk bags of 500kgs, 900kgs, or 1000kgs. This versatility in packaging ensures that we can accommodate a wide range of order sizes and customer preferences, providing convenience and efficiency in logistics and handling.
