SupeRecarb® is a specialized offering, crafted from carefully sorted secondary synthetic graphite by Cocan Graphite. This selection process draws upon virgin graphite electrode powders and other high-quality graphitized petroleum coke products, ensuring the final product meets the stringent demands of the ferrous metal industry as a consistent and reliable recarburizer. For over two decades, Cocan Graphite has upheld a tradition of excellence, ensuring SupeRecarb® maintains a high purity level, with typical specifications including 99.35% carbon, 0.055% sulfur, and 220 ppm nitrogen.
The Cocan Carbon Center, equipped with advanced testing capabilities, plays a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of SupeRecarb®. Each batch undergoes rigorous testing, utilizing state-of-the-art laboratory equipment such as auto-TGA, auto-sulfur, and auto-ONH analyzers, all imported from Western countries to align with the highest international standards.
SupeRecarb® is characterized by its minimal dust, reasonable ash, and nitrogen content, facilitating acceptable absorption rates and maximizing carbon recovery in the metallurgical process. Available in standard sizes like 0.5x5mm and 1x5mm, and customizable to any required size, SupeRecarb® offers versatility to meet a wide range of application needs. Recognized as a cost-effective recarburizing solution, it is particularly recommended for use in grey iron and ductile iron foundry products, where it enhances the quality and performance of cast metals.
Packaging options for SupeRecarb® are designed to accommodate diverse logistical and handling preferences, ranging from 10kgs, 22.5kgs (50lbs), or 25kgs paper bags to larger bulk bags of 500kgs, 900kgs, or 1000kgs. This flexibility ensures that Cocan Graphite can meet the specific requirements of clients across the globe.
